Great pit stop for food n drinks during winter or summer seasons! Awesome hand rolled dough for Pizza, best around. Have to get the steak bites, they melt in the mouth tender. Love this place and owners!
Got the Northwoods feel, pizza was fantastic. It genuinely surprised me how good this place was. Staff was friendly. 5 stars for sure definitely worth the price. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for something good to eat.

This is the best place in Hayward to get homemade pizza and broasted chicken — and they have an excellent wine collection to top it off! The owners Butch and Scott are so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy, making it a perfect northwoods addition on Round Lake. 10/10 recommend.
Excellent food and drink selection. Probably the best wine options in an hour driving radius. Excellent liquor options and decent beer option too. This place is often packed (for good reason. It's excellent!) so be prepared for a wait.
Excellent wine selections, even with those that are the House wines. The food is wonderfully prepared and delicious. The 'Works' pizza would appear to cost alot for the size, however, my husband and I have never been able to eat more than half!
We stopped here for a bite to eat on our visit to Hayward. We arrived in a boat and tied it to the dock. It was not very busy in the middle of the afternoon. The pizza was delicious and the toppings were generous. Everyone enjoyed their food which included chicken fingers, burgers and fries. We ate outside. The tables are bright colors and the landscaping is beautiful and welcoming. They have created a great environment for outdoor dining. The kids enjoyed ice cream for dessert.
